How Does It Work?
3-Step Process:

Register Your Credentials – STCW certification, experience, vessel details

We review your experience and a match with our clients and portfolio

We are only selecting skippers and captains for at least seasonal jobs. Generally asignments for a longer period

Having experience with yacht refits is an asset
Who We're Looking For
We're Seeking Experienced Skippers & Captains
Requirements:
-
Managing private yachts or catamarans (55' to 80')
-
Long-term contracts (minimum 1 season)

Minimum STCW Master 200 Gt (no RYA Yachtmaster Commercially Endorsed)

25,000+ nautical miles experience
-
EU or UK based (preferred)
-
Professional network of yacht owners
