Our Operating Model
Yacht Commissioning operates as a hybrid company with local teams in key regions and a centralized project management hub in Lisbon. This structure gives you the best of both worlds: on-the-ground expertise where your yacht is, plus coordinated oversight and quality control across all projects.

Yachtcommissioning has their own local teams in each country to interfere and support the jobs on the yachts. The team travels to where they are needed.

La Rochelle
Our primary Atlantic base for commissioning, delivery, and upgrade coordination. La Rochelle is ideally positioned for:
New yacht deliveries from Atlantic shipyards
Transatlantic passages to the Caribbean and beyond
Pre-delivery commissioning and quality inspections
Owner training and handover support
We maintain established relationships with local yards, marine engineers, and suppliers specializing in Atlantic-ready systems (heavy-weather rigging, offshore navigation, safety equipment).

Mediterranean – France
